HOW TO
MAKE WARM

Coffee Machine

Pour 150 mL of the freshest cold milk into a small jug. Weigh 20 g of drinking chocolate on your little coffee scales, or guesstimate with a rounded tablespoon.

Steam together and thickly texture the mixture cappuccino style to 68C. 

Warm your favourite cup and pour it all in. Generously top with grated chocolate.


Stove Top

Pour 150 mL of your fresh milk of choice into a small saucepan and place on a low heat. 

Weigh out 20 g of drinking chocolate and gently mix using a little whisk, or nano frother and heat to 68C. 

Warm your favourite cup and pour it all in. Go heavy, and top with grated chocolate.

*Another great option for big kids without a stove, is using a simple and safe milk frother.

HOW TO
MAKE COLD

Kids Chocolate Milk

Chill a tall glass. Weigh out 20 g of drinking chocolate and gently mix with a tiny amount of warm water to form a loose paste. Add 150ml of your cold milk of choice to the chilled glass and stir in the chocolate syrup. Serve straight away with a sweet paper straw!


Iced Chocolate

Chill a tall glass. Weigh out 20 g of drinking chocolate and gently mix it with a tiny amount of warm water to form a loose paste. Add a large scoop of ice cream and 150ml of cold milk to the chilled glass and gently pour over the chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with grated chocolate flakes and serve straight away.
